Search

You need to find a really special talent to fill a position which is absolutely key to your business’s future. The sort of individual who may not be even thinking about a move, but could be tempted if presented with a fantastic opportunity. We can help by identifying those high quality, uniquely talented people, who are not actively looking for a new position.

We can do this for you in two ways:

Retained Assignments – using a combination of advertising, networking through our own extensive network of senior candidates and the key business networking sites, and searching through our database for previously registered candidates, we take responsibility for all aspects of the search from attraction, through to first interview and short listing. We then arrange the direct interviews with you, handle feedback to candidates and offer negotiation, and work with you for a smooth transition to appointment.

Executive Search – for senior management and board level positions we understand you will require very specific experience. Using our industry knowledge and proven research methodology, we will put together a shortlist of potentially suitable candidates and discretely approach and assess them on your behalf. Only the most relevant and appropriate people will be presented for you to interview.

Sometimes speed is of the essence. You know what skills and experience you are looking for and you want to know who is available to meet your selection criteria now.

From broadcast technology to digital media, and from broadcast sales and product marketing to project managers and solutions architects, we have an extensive database of qualified registered candidates to call on, uniquely populated with people from the worlds of Broadcast, Communications and Digital Media Technology.

By initially agreeing a clear skills, experience, and person brief with you, we can quickly identify suitable candidates, approach them, and clearly explain the opportunity to them to gauge not only their suitability for the role, but also their desire to work with your company. We will then normally prepare a shortlist of a maximum of 2-3 candidates who we recommend you interview, and manage the process through interview to offer on your behalf.
