In the increasingly competitive London recruitment market, where clients have access to many of the same resourcing tools as their recruitment partners, we believe that clients continue to come to us for some very simple reasons
- We’re passionate about the sectors we work in, and we know our clients business areas as well as they do – so they can trust us to look at their requirements and the potential candidates with informed opinions and their eyes
- We save clients time by only presenting the very best candidates for the role – often only a maximum of 2 who have been thoroughly screened, briefed and who are excited and passionate about the opportunity. Since time is money the equation is simple – unlike agencies which present multiple, poorly researched CVs to be ploughed through, we save our clients money
- Time isn’t only money spent in the process – it’s opportunity cost through not finding the right person at the right time. PCRs extensive networks and database of skilled permanent and contract candidates, constantly refreshed through a combination of networking, headhunting, and advertising, mean that we will find the right fit candidate faster than any of our competitors, and have them on board exactly when you need them – whether for a short term injection of skills through a contract appointment, or a strategic hire into a permanent position
We aim to build an ongoing, valued partnership with all our clients, however large or small. We make dozens of placements a year with some, others may only need our help at very specific times in the growth and development of their businesses. Some come to us through recommendation, others we have approached because we believe we can make a real difference to the quality of people they hire, and therefore to their overall success.
