Broadcast

We supply resources to the key core systems areas of broadcasters, publishers, service providers, vendors, systems integrators and consultancies , from business areas such as content and channel management, media asset/digital rights management systems, through to studio and systems design and build, Engineering and Operation to BAU.

The people we recruit come from both technical and commercial backgrounds.

On the technical side we understand the relevance and importance of the convergence between traditional IT systems and the on-demand and traditional broadcasting world and can source right through the project chain from business analysts and project and program managers, developers and integrators, through to implementation and operational handover specialists. We recruit at all levels from 24/7 shift roles in operational areas to senior management positions.

On the commercial side we focus primarily on high level sales and marketing professionals, with a specific market focus on media/content management technologies and related IT broadcast workflows, and increasingly, high volume data storage and delivery systems.

We know that broadcast is a worldwide business and we already work internationally to offer recruitment solutions wherever you might need them. We have successfully filled many positions across Western Europe and beyond over the last 12 months, as well as in the UK itself, on behalf of both UK based and internationally based clients.

Digital Media

We’ve been working in Digital Media since it was called New Media – and it’s certainly not new anymore! With our roots in broadcast and online, we were a key supplier of contractors for the original 4OD and Iplayer platforms, and continue to work with all our clients in broadcast as they enhance their multiplatform service offerings. However we’re also now rapidly adding clients in the publishing and retail sectors, working with digital agencies as well as with many brands directly.

From mobile to web and across multi-platform we work with candidates and clients fillings positions with skill-sets such as Flash, Action Script, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript,AJAX.Net, PHP, C#, Python, Django, Ruby-on-Rails, iOS, Android, Java, 3D, Unity, and Flex.

At the front end of the process we place client services roles, project managers and producers, and UX and IA specialists. On the development and operational side typical job titles we’ll work on are Back End Developer, Front End Developer, Flash Developer, Creative Technologists, Editorial and Content Producers, Technical Lead, Technical Director, Mobile Developer, Games Developer, Technical Architect, Technical Manager, QA Analysts and Testers and Systems Administrators.
