We recruit at two levels

Trainee Consultants : 18-23k basic plus commission. Previous sales experience preferable but not essential ­ enthusiasm, energy and great communication skills are the key to success.

Experienced Consultants: 25-35k basic plus uncapped commission and bonus. Ideally 2 years demonstrable experience and success as a minimum, sector experience particularly in the technology, creative or sales and marketing space would put you ahead of the game.
